I’ve put my policies in writing, so that it is clear to you “how we do things around here”. Should you have any questions or suggestions, I’ll be happy to receive them.
Orders:
When ordering an item that you have seen on this site, we will first send you an email with the total cost (item+shipping) for your information, and upon approval an invoice via PayPal or email. When we have received the total payment, your item is shipped as secured priority mail (=you will have to sign for it upon arrival).
When commissioning an (custom made) item, we discuss your wishes with you, and mail you a quote of the expected costs and the expected delivery time. Upon receiving 50% of the quoted price the order is official, and the actual making of your item starts. When it is ready, we send you photos of it via the mail. Upon receiving the rest of the payment, your item will be shipped as secured priority mail.
Payments: You can pay via PayPal or a money transfer via your own bank. For a good currency converter look here. You may pay for an item in payment parts. Contact me to make an agreement on this. The item will be reserved for you until it has been fully paid for. Upon receiving the last payment the item will be shipped to you.
Shipping: Our standard shipping method is to send your item as secured priority mail. Should you be in a hurry, the item can be sent by FedEx.
Refunds and exchanges: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me immediately.
Refunding a custom made object is not possible. You may return your ready made object within 3 days if it is in its original condition, and will get refunded (minus Paypal and shipping fees) or exchanged. Buyer will pay the necessary shipping for a return.
I can NOT be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. As said, I will ship secured priority mail, which means that the parcel has a tracking number. Your item getting totally lost is highly unlikely.
We will do all we can to ensure you get your high quality item safely into your hands as soon as possible.
