As a reply to my bibliography post, I got a lovely email from Juliayn Coleman. She reminded me of the books of Bernard Middleton, Marianne Tidcombe and Miriam Foot, the two first are added to the bibliography. New names for me: Sven Dahl and Edith Diehl, their books are also in the list now. She also recommended the website of the Newberry Library for further reading.
